It was a total waste of money (not even mentioning the journey to her shop too), I regret going and not forfeiting the money already spent for 3 sessions… I spent time to write this after many months to consider, because she should not get away with being so bad to someone giving her money I am writing this review so no one else has to go through what I did; as the reason for purchasing from her instead of somewhere else was all the *good* reviews. I’ve done my nails (semi permanente) a lot and so it’s not something normal for me to have them gone within 1 day… chipping like literal normal nail polish. And when you check her Facebook page she has great photos so for the Groupon she 100% uses a different product. As this happened all 3 times I went to her. She openly pretends that it’s semi permanente; but your nails won’t last more than a day. Aftee the first time I asked to swap it for gel and I don’t return again (I would even lose money considering I paid for 3 sessions and it costs more than 1 gel session). Because the experience was so embarrassing with nails that look bad AFTER just going to the salon - she refused of course. She also happily pretended she doesn’t know how to do french nails. I should’ve realised that for a nail tech of 10 years that’s a lie but I can be too trusting of people. I then googled her Facebook page and what do I see? Photo after photo of French nails. For the last appointment I showed her a photo of her own page and said this is what I want and she couldn’t lie that she can’t do it, she smiled and said okay, then said she ran out of the colour. The Groupon is not a real discount, it’s a completely different (and disrespectful) service. Do not waste your cash here go elsewhere, she robs you blind as you would never spend money on what she actually gives you My biggest regret was purchasing the option for 3 sessions. I almost didn’t even bother going back but I thought it was a 1 off. As it’s better to waste money than to have nails done that damage my nails and look embarrassingly terrible in 2 days? I returned and of course it happened again. To be clear, it happened all 3 times. Does it happen with my current or previous nail techs? Never. So it isn’t “my nails” like she told me. Of course, another lie. I would leave 0 stars if possible. Not a good person
