There was a certain lack of information and when Cruise Masters was asked to clarify, we were told to find out from the actual cruise people as you didn't know, yet you were supposed to be our agents. It was shocking that we could only get into our cabins after 8.00pm yet originally were told we could board between 1pm and 3pm, with no info that we could only get into the cabins after 8pm. We were under the impression if we could board then our cabin would be ready. We had been flying the night before, arrived at 5.15am and could only put our feet up and rest after 8pm, No suitcases until after 10pm, so we couldn't even freshen up and change! I must say that we both preferred our cruise on the MSC Sinfonia, much more organised.
